Last Saturday, we made the filling for shanghai lumpia and siomai. The hard part in preparing this dish is the chopping and mincing the carrots, garlic and onions. But now, I use this mini chopper to do it. Here are the photos of the ingredients grounded to bits in just 1 push of a button at my mini-grinder. That is the Black & Decker SC-5000.

When we cook this dish before, it used to take us all eternity and our efforts to chop up all of these ingredients. There are times that we lessen some onions and garlic just to save us some chopping. But now, just push the button for a few seconds and hwallaaa.... you're done.
If you're into dishes that involves chopping and mincing, I would suggest you get one too....
wow, that's so amazing pare! how much is that? :)
